HighGold Mining’s board of directors consists of five members, four of which are independent and one of which is a member of HighGold management. The board also supports four formal committees of the board – an Audit Committee, a Corporate Governance & Nominating Committee, a Compensation Committee and a Technical & Sustainability Committee – each with its own mandate and each comprised of independent members.
