President & CEO

Founder of HighGold Mining, Darwin Green has over 20 years of experience in the mineral deposit industry in USA, Canada and Latin America, with vast knowledge and a successful history in Alaska. He has a proven record of identifying opportunities, making discoveries and executing complex advanced exploration. His corporate credentials include involvement in multiple public financings and corporate transactions, negotiating option and joint venture agreements, and developing business opportunities.

Most recently, Mr. Green served as Vice President, Exploration for Constantine Metal Resources advancing the Alaska Palmer zinc/copper deposit to the Preliminary Economic Assessment stage. Prior to that, Mr. Green oversaw resource expansion and underground development programs at the Niblack deposit on Prince of Wales Island, for which he received the Commissioner’s Award for Project Excellence by the State of Alaska. Mr. Green drives the strategy, oversees the exploration processes and leads the business development and corporation marketing for HighGold. Mr. Green holds both a B.Sc. and an M.Sc. in economic geology.

Aris Morfopoulos is an executive and accountant with over 30 years’ corporate management experience. He has worked as a CFO, as senior management and as a director of several junior resource companies based in British Columbia since 1994. He has significant experience in the areas of international corporate structuring and business. In addition to his work for public junior resource companies, he also provides corporate and M & A advisory services in other industry sectors (e.g. high tech and medical). In addition to his role He has been the CFO of HighGold Mining since its inception in 2019 and of HighGold's parent company, Constantine Metals, prior to that.

Senior Vice President, Exploration

Ian Cunningham-Dunlop is a seasoned mining executive and professional engineer with more than 35 years’ experience in domestic/international mineral exploration and project development. His experience includes Constantine Metal Resources’ Alaska Palmer zinc/copper project, the Castle Mountain gold project in California (NewCastle Gold), the Karma gold mine in Burkina Faso (True Gold Mining), and the Long Canyon gold mine in Nevada (Fronteer Gold).

Mr. Cunningham-Dunlop also led the surface exploration team at the Eskay Creek Au-Ag-Cu-Pb-Zn mine in British Columbia, Canada (Homestake Mining/Barrick Gold) from 1997-2003 giving him a strong understanding of systems similar in style and age to HighGold’s flagship Johnson Tract deposit. He was awarded the BC & Yukon Chamber of Mines E.A. Scholz Award in October 2003 for “Outstanding Contribution to a Mining Development Project in B.C. and the Yukon”. Mr. Cunningham-Dunlop holds a B.Sc. in Geological Engineering from Queen’s University.

Vice president, Operations, Alaska

Devin den Boer brings 25 years of global mining industry experiece having worked in various senior roles at major mining companies including Kinross, Goldfields and AngloGold Ashanti. He has led teams in the successful discovery, definition and growth of several multi-million ounce gold deposits in South America, SE Asia, West Africa and Russia. Devin was most recently District Director of Exploration at Kinross where he oversaw resource development and exploration activities, including mine study support, at the Chulbatkan intrusion related gold deposit in the Far East of Russia. Prior to that at Kinross, Devin held the position of Regional Director of Exploration, Africa Region, which included oversight of brownfields exploration at Tasiast in Mauritania. Devin earned a B.Sc. in Geological Sciences from the University of British Columbia and is a P.Geo. in good standing with EGBC.


Nicole Hoeller

Prior to joining Onyx, Ms. Hoeller was Vice-President, Communications and Corporate Secretary for Sabina Gold & Silver Corp. (recently acquired by B2Gold Corp). Along with her over 26 years in investor relations and communications in the industry, Ms. Hoeller has spent extensive time travelling in the Canadian North liaising and consulting with communities, indigenous organizations and all levels of government about the benefits and impacts of mining (through her involvement with both Sabina and Miramar Mining Corp.) Ms. Hoeller also has significant experience in capital markets, corporate financing and M&A.
